Meghan and Mike are a blast! They are adventurous, fun and adorably smitten with each other. When we were planning the engagement session, we knew we wanted to do something that reflected them, who they are. Mike has brought the outdoors to Meghan’s life, and she loves it! They hike, ski, fish, camp.. if its outdoors, they do it! So when Meghan suggested Lake Poway, a place where they go fishing and hiking, I was so excited! We chose to do a sunrise shoot and met at Lake Poway at 7am. Our intern, Belinda came along and the four of us had so much fun. Walking around the lake and park was nice, but then.. and this is the best part.. we took a boat out and went fishing! Belinda and I were so excited! It was a great morning and I am really looking forward to their wedding this July at La Jolla Cove Suites.
