Another destination wedding for Studio Z!
This time we’re in the place Bill grew up in, the dirty-Jerz!
I was so excited to get out to Jersey, I hadn’t been back to my hometown in over 5 years and I was desperately craving some good pizza, Dunkin Donuts and delicious water straight from the tap! Ahh, its the little things you miss when you’ve moved 3000 miles away.
So in June I went back for my cousin Greg and his bride, Erika’s wedding. It was so much fun to see them again and catch up with family I hadn’t seen in years. The wedding was at the Old Mill Inn in Basking Ridge, NJ. Everyone always knocks NJ! We have a lot to recover from after “Jersey Shore” and “The Real Housewives”. In actuality, Jersey is very beautiful and has a ton to offer. Most of it is trees, farms and rolling hills. The Jersey shore is beautiful; regardless of the impression you may have of Seaside Heights. The mountains, NY City and awesome beaches all within an hour drive of where ever you are. Jeez, look at me, I should be a spokesperson for the Garden State!
So back to the wedding! It was awesome! The Old Mill Inn is beautiful and the ballroom was done up just right. All of the people were great and Greg and Erika picked all the right vendors to make their day go perfectly. I also want to send out a HUGE thanks to Adena Stevens of Studio A Images out of New Jersey. Adena was AWESOME. The way I found Adena was by going on TheKnot.com and acting like I was a bride or groom looking for a photographer. I found Adena’s website right away and knew that she would be a perfect fit for me (and thank God she was available). Her images were beautiful and her personality made the entire day great for me, Erika and Greg! Thank you Adena!
So congrats to my cousin Greg and his new wife Erika. I wish you guys a long and happy marriage! – Bill
