Bill’s history with photography is quite extensive and has made him into the well-rounded photographer he is today. Apart from working with publications such as Surfer Magazine and Sports Illustrated, Bill is also an accomplished commercial photographer. He has been working as a professional photographer since 2000 after graduating college, leaving the suburbs of New York and heading to sunny San Diego.
Bill’s method to capturing beautiful and touching photographs emerges from several different styles of photography. A “photojournalistic” approach allows the events to unfold before the camera lens without direction or interference. This candid style allows you to feel more relaxed and natural throughout the photographic process. Bill also prides himself on being artistic and adventurous while photographing his subjects. This combination generates fun and interesting photo shoots, producing nothing less than unique and incredible photographs. The last style is what he calls a “semi-formal” technique. This will be when you are cutting the cake, throwing the bouquet or signing the marriage certificate. Here, Bill will direct you where to stand, how to throw and where to cut.
